When I attempt to 'gen' .ABOUT files, I am getting critical errors that the 'about_resource' column has duplicated values. The reason for this is that multiple licenses have been found for single files. For example a single .CPP file may

[00:44:54] <saul> often times a .cpp file will give you the option to use it under gpl2, or gpl3, or BSD

[00:45:12] <saul> and this causes scancode to produce CSV with multiple rows for that .cpp file
