[14:53:55] <pradyunsg> cooperlees: \o/
[14:55:31] <cooperlees> pradyunsg: Are you still studying? I can't remember. Or were you after a job. Met to many people @ PyCon for my simple mind :)
[14:56:42] <pradyunsg> cooperlees: Final year. Currently looking for a semester-long internships, starting December and will be graduating in Q2 2020.
[14:57:19] <cooperlees> Ahhh ok. Rad.
[17:47:40] <pradyunsg> toad_polo: around?
[17:48:40] <pradyunsg> Wanted to chat about the editable install standardization stuff.
[18:03:22] <sumanah> hey EWDurbin or di_codes or dstufft could you double-check my thinking on this? One of the subtasks for the "add support for API keys" milestone/task is:
[18:03:23] <sumanah> Add the ability for a multifactor-auth-enabled user to bypass MFA authentication requirement with the use of an API key
[18:03:49] <sumanah> we have now done that, correct? In a sense we did not need to _add_ that ability, but yes, a user has that ability
[18:04:21] <EWDurbin> that's correct, the API tokens as designed do not require MFA
[18:04:31] <sumanah> Yep! great, that completes https://github.com/pypa/warehouse/issues/994#issuecomment-493171700
[18:04:33] <EWDurbin> and it will remain that way
[18:04:50] <EWDurbin> we _will_ need to start 403ing uploads with just a password though if a user has MFA enabled
[18:04:56] <EWDurbin> after API tokens exit beta
[18:20:13] <sumanah> yeah I have a note about that announcement - notification - implementation thing in the rollout issue
[19:40:37] <cooperlees> Ooo - /me needs to go enable and get keys
[19:44:42] <sumanah> cooperlees: if you haven't done it yet
[19:44:51] <sumanah> cooperlees: maybe I could get you to serve as a user tester for Nicole?
[19:44:59] <sumanah> she's seeking user testers who are going to hook up API tokens to CI
[19:46:37] <cooperlees> Hmmm, I don't have any CI releases, nor want that.
[19:46:43] <cooperlees> So don't think I'm useful there.
[19:52:52] <sumanah> ah ok
